Co-hosted by HCCH, the Ministry of Justice, the Judicial Research and Training Institute, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Private International Law Association of the Republic of Korea, Korean Bar Association, this year’s HCCH Asia Pacific Week is intended to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Republic
of Korea’s membership of the HCCH. The objectives of the symposium are to introduce relevant Hague Conventions to the wide region of Asia Pacific, to
share and exchange information on Convention related practices and experiences, and to strengthen cooperation amongst participating states.
